The Knox County Courthouse
Most court business happens at the City-County Building at 400 Main Street, while the historic Old Courthouse still houses the County Clerk. The Old Courthouse is a listed National Register property, identified in the National Register record as a historic building listed in 1973.
Local preservation information for the downtown court area comes from the Knoxville-Knox County Planning historic page, which includes City-County Building contact and preservation details.
